“The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. The outdoor is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner and the staff are courteous and were excellent in dealing with us. Overall,we’re contented with our stay. The room is...

“The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. ”

“Staff were very nice. Internet terrible. The noise of karaoke went unchecked until 5:00 am and public announcements started at 5:45 am. In a lengthy stay, we finally after 5 days asked for the room to be cleaned. The on site restaurant was good value for money and the food was well prepared”

“Alyssa at the front desk was outstanding. She was super polite and professional. The room was very clean and had a coffee maker and refridgerator. The hotel is located near SM mall and many places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also top notch. I will stay at Hotel San Marco again for sure.”
