Hotel vicino a Polzeath Beach - Wadebridge

“Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again.”

It needs a deep clean, mould on curtains, and cobwebs everywhere, but everything else was very clean. It was fine for the price we paid. Sykes cottages manage this chalet, but it’s Atlantic Bays reception, and they won’t know anything about your booking. “We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. ”

“Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!”
