"I had the displeasure to recently stay at this hotel and I can say that it was a huge mistake. My room was filled with the smell of rot and dampness coming from the bathroom, which is minuscule and in bad shape. The lift only arrives to the 9th floor while my room was on the 10th, which forced me to climb two very steep and dangerous flight of stairs, with tall and extremely narrow steps. Cleanness and maintenance were clearly lacking, the smell unbearable and the lack of safety is unacceptable. I cannot believe a hotel these days can be handled in such a way. We were forced to change our accommodation and of course the management did not reimburse anything, which given the conditions of the room is shameful. Even the hotels.com platform through which we reserved was not helpful and supportive at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It requires a complete renovation and overhaul of management. I hope they take seriously the reviews by their customers and make the necessary improvements. And I hope this review can be a helpful warning for anyone who is considering staying at this hotel."
