The family that run the hotel are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, overlooking the sea and pier and the food was absolutely amazing. The hotels flexible check in was also very welcome as we were travelling from Kent. “Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. ”

“We used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review.
