“We had a wonderful stay at Livramento Residence. The place is very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our trip in the best way possible. The 24/7 video surveillance is quite strict — one evening we were reminded of the rules because my boyfriend was in the common areas without a shirt. Camera calda e rumorosa, con tappeto lurido pieno di macchie (piuttosto non mettetelo), lenzuola con macchie poco rassicuranti, tende in plastica maleodoranti e cotte dal sole (si incollavano tra loro una volta impacchettate), doccia con doccino rotto ed intasato dal calcare. “It has been great. The room was spacious and comfortable, sadly the bathroom had no window but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was superb. Casa da Ilha's people are kind and very thoughtful. The position is great to be away from the city but still being able to get to the center of Ponta Delgada with a 10 minute walk, ocean side. Incredible.”

“The room was excellent and spacious, loved it. However there was no AC, but at least we had a fan. I can live with that. The whole property is very nice and the lady who takes care of the property was very helpful. However, the location is not convenient. It is about 15 min. or more to downtown to get any groceries or to a nearest restaurant. I didn't see any bus stop on the way. ”

“Bellissima struttura, in pieno centro a ponta delgada. Camere enormi, nuovissime e pulitissime. A disposizione degli ospiti un enorme soggiorno, una cucina ed uno spazio esterno delizioso. Francisco il proprietario è stato premuroso ed attento rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello. Assolutamente consigliato!”

“Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. ”
