Populo Beach Villa

We are located in Livramento, a 5 minute walk to TripAdvisors number one beach in Sao Miguel. There enjoy the beautiful beach or have a coffee, lunch, Dinner or cocktails at Sunset Beach Grill, which is located right on the beach. We are centrally located on the Island where everything is close by, and 10 minutes from the City Center. We are on a quiet street where you can hear the birds singing in the morning.
The space
The home is perfect for a couple, a large family or for the work from home business professional as there is a fully operational office with its own entrance. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds in each room along with hotel quality mattresses with luxury bed cotón linen. The master bedroom has a small balcony and sitting area for two people. Here you can enjoy your coffee or wine while viewing the yard and surrounding homes in private. There is a dedicated work office on the main floor with one gig of upload speed . The ability to connect your laptop to the internet is available through our Ethernet. There is also a printer for your convenience. The upstairs living area (or den) has a sofa bed, TV, and two very large comfortable bean bags for sitting and watching television or playing games. Both bathrooms have showers and the upstairs has a full size bathtub.

The kitchen has everything you need to make meals or just heat up leftovers. There are wine glasses, sangria glasses, and more for your enjoyment. The kitchen has utensils as well.

The laundry is off the kitchen area. It has a large washing machine along with an ironing board and iron. You will also find beach towels in the cabinet in the laundry room.

The outside kitchen is also available should you wish to BBQ. The outside area has two comfortable chairs for those who enjoy being in the sun reading a good book.
Guest access
The entire home is available for your enjoyment. All guests have exclusive, independent, and autonomous access to the Villa.
Other things to note
There is a mini market about a five minute walk from the home. The name is Sol Mar. You can purchase fresh bread here daily.
