“スタッフさんの礼儀正しさは抜群でした♪ 安心して時間を過ごせました。 お食事は何処もとても美味しくてついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 ただ少し良いお部屋に泊まりたいと思っていても、喫煙可部屋が無いのが残念です。”

“Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful and the location is convenient. Nihon Odori Station is next door (exit #4). Walking distance to Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse and the Cup Noodle Museum. We requested a harbor view and it was very nice to see the cruise ships coming and going from Osanbashi Pier. If you order breakfast the staff will lead you to a restaurant 2 doors away. Not huge but very satisfying spread. ”

“The hotel is amazing! The room is super clean, stylish, and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. We had a great time staying here and will definitely come back again.”

“客室は清潔ですしスタッフの方のご対応も大変心地よかったです！朝食も美味しかった。 中華街のどまんなかなので中華街、みなとみらいへのアクセスがとても良いです！ 一点だけ、部屋の防音が少し弱いようで、廊下にいると部屋からの音が結構漏れていました。”

“門口比較不起眼，周邊有商店街超市藥局，相當方便，空間很大床舒適，空調控制得宜，最棒有二間廁所與淋浴間，很適合全家出遊也適合自助烹飪，美中不足的是鍋子刮痕累累，其餘都很棒”

“직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다”

“Although the room was very clean and tidy, with all the appliances, The stairs was not mentioned anywhere. Not easy to climb the stairs with luggages after 10 hours of flight. The communication with the personal was poor.”

“Bellissimo hotel”

“三連休の真ん中に一泊で利用しました。連休中の割には価格もお手頃でした。部屋数が多いため、どこも混んでました。夜10時過ぎでしたが、大浴場はロッカー待ちで10人ほど並んでました。朝食も並んでいて利用する気にはなれず。施設は新しいし、内装も豪華で、予想以上に快適なホテルでした。四階のファミマにも地元のお土産コーナーがあり、便利でした。また利用したいと思います。”
