“The staff was terrible no easy access to hotel. It was difficult to deal with hotel. Hotel is unhygienic and staff is very lazy bad customer service. Inwould never recommend it.”

“The hotel consist in two different building and you can't know before where you'll stay. The rooms are large but not so much comfortable and not with a good smell. Few services. Basic Breakfast.”

“Not enough”

“Good atmosphere ”

“近くにメトロの駅もあるので街の中心に行きやすい。大通りに面してないので夜もコルカタの中では静かな方だと思う。 朝食は少し時間はかかるが頼めば作って部屋まで持ってきてくれる。 近所に遅くまでやってる欧米スタイルのカフェが2軒あって便利だった。”

“Not clean”

“Could be cleaned and maintained better!!”

“Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”
