“The staff was terrible no easy access to hotel. It was difficult to deal with hotel. Hotel is unhygienic and staff is very lazy bad customer service. Inwould never recommend it.”

“Some things in the room needed a quick repair after we checked in. However, start fixed it fairly quickly. Breakfast items were fewer, but very tasty and fulfilling. Staff were very helpful in everything, check in, late check-out, etc. Worth it.”

“The hotel consist in two different building and you can't know before where you'll stay. The rooms are large but not so much comfortable and not with a good smell. Few services. Basic Breakfast.”

“Not enough”

“Clean rooms”

“Breakfast was fresh with many choices.”

“Good atmosphere ”

“This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building.”

“The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.”

“Could be cleaned and maintained better!!”

“サイトにあった場所とは違う場所でした。見つけた後も特に反応はなく。特に良くもなく悪くもないと言う感じでした。”
