“This hotel is excellent! The location and the staff are amazing! The room was clean and beautiful, the smart tv it’s easy to connect to your device to watch what you want, plus the WiFi is fast. Parking can be a bit difficult since it’s a small hotel and even street parking on St Pete Beach is hard to find. “Has Beekman lotion and hand soap containers but that's not the product in the dispenser. The soap dispenser was disgusting. There was maintenence and his girl friend fixing the door frame on the second floor for hours after 5pm at night. The glasses in the room were dirty. There is no elevator. No ice and the room that they have a coffee pot was dirty and not stocked. The place is really run down. So sad”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”
