“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

“I have never received such a kind and warm attention from the employees. The last day, my flight was late at night. They saw me waiting in the lobby. Very tired after a day of work. They invited me to rest in a room until leaving for the airport. Never happened to me to be offered this without asking .... !!!”

“This place was a real surprise. The apartment was spacious and a refreshing change to staying in a hotel room. It had a balcony overlooking the main road and the waterfront perfect to watch the world go by in comfort. It is rustic in keeping with the building but nicely decorated. A great find!”
