The reservation was confirmed, and we received multiple confirmation notices leading up to his stay. When my husband arrived to check in, he was informed that the reservation had been canceled. The explanation given was that the hotel had sent a message through the Expedia app two days earlier requesting...

“Conveniently located. The staff was nice. The hotel is due for a makeover. The bed was okay. The furniture was old and looked dirty and office chair material was torn. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. The shower curtain pole was loose. The coffee pot was missing a part. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient.”
