Hotel vicino a State Capitol State Park - Salem

“Awesome hotel.”

“Room was clean, beds comfortable and adequate space with sitting area!”

“The continental breakfast was very limited. They used to have yogurt and peanut butter which they did not have anymore. They did not have half and half for coffee. By the end of our stay there was only grape jelly left for the bread. If you're diabetic you probably would not find anything to eat in the morning. The room was reasonably clean. Though there was stains in the carpet in the hallways and dinged paint and just noticeable where. Staff was very friendly.”

“We had a late arrival because of flight issues and they were expecting us late and had everything ready for us when we checked in! The staff was super courteous and the breakfast buffet was as good as you’ll get! I highly recommend them!”

“The room was clean and quite except the road noise. They charge an extra $100 when you get there for a “deposit”. It was not disclosed and they didn’t want to offer a receipt for it. I still haven’t received my deposit and have to contact my credit card company. There was no information about the room and no one told us what the check out was and when we asked the clerk didn’t know. We decided to have th me breakfast and do not recommend it. Once seated we were asked several times what we wanted...

“Hotel Salem is my Go To property for years during my frequent stays in Salem. The professional-friendly staff, substantial breakfast, convenient location to all dining, shopping, and transportation all make this place truly a home away from home. I travel the Western states and consider this to be the best value for the money I've encountered. I didn't give you the 5 star ratings, YOU EARNED IT!”

“Elevator, room very spacious”

“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”

“There are better choice hotels in the area. Noisy due to location on the Freeway. Before we checked in we were not advised that there was a parking fee and an “incidental “ fee. ??? Never been charged for that before! The room was large. It also had the dirtiest stained carpet. I didn’t even want to remove my shoes! It was nasty! Housekeeping maintenance needs to check that out!”

“Dogs barking all night and people fighting people getting evicted from property to hear them fighting and screaming yelling again in the next room over. Sounded like furniture being thrown and a full out rearrange of furniture or like fixtures being ripped from walls. Staff was of little help saying people were evicted two hours prior, lady at front desk was so looped I don’t think she understood what we were telling her. Avoid this place.”

“Motel 6 nella norma ma con uno spiacevole odore in camera, non si capiva se era di fumo o semplicemente da chiuso, magari basterebbe verniciare la camera. Non ci tornerei”

“Room was clean, bathroom looked like the maid left half way through the job. Walls were gunky, toilet didn’t appear to have been cleaned, shower was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room so we could keep an eye on the car. Staff was friendly.”
