“Great place”

“The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people...

“It was a little bit of a slow time when we were there and we used valet service which probably wasn't necessary they were very prompt and helpful but we were only staying for one night which sort of added to the chaos because of getting things set up but for more than one night they have an excellent service”

“I would love to give five stars because this hotel has a lot to like: location by the beach, very clean lobby and bedrooms. Spacious rooms with balcony overseeing the ocean. Nice restaurants around and very close to st Augustine activities yet away from chaos of downtown. The only thing that was disappointing was the staff. No one seems happy to work there and no one tries to help at the front desk at least. We still enjoyed the stay.”

“This hotel would merit a five stars but the staff is very untrained and overwhelmed. We ran out of towels at the pool, out of coffee during breakfast and each time you asked someone they seemed overwhelmed not knowing what to do. The breakfast à la carte is very very limited without a waiter who actually knows how to take orders. Everything was so slow and it was not even busy! Very limited table seating for breakfast. Pool very small. Somehow it looks like they build a big hotel without...

“Struttura rinnovata, senza l’odiosa moquette, in dotazione frigo, microonde e macchiana per il caffè. Tv e asciugacapelli. Diversi cambi biancheria da bagno + teli piscina. Colazione ordinaria. Abbiamo avuto bonus cocktail Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile . La posizione si trova servita dai mezzi turistici per i tour della parte vecchia della città che è raggiungibile, in auto, in pochi minuti così come le spiagge. Consiglio la struttura che è come da descrizione.”
