“Beautiful place to stay. Unsure about the laundry or spa since we did not use it. Check in was super easy and convenient. Don’t forget to return your parking pass… learned that the hard way.”

“Room was very clean and house was beautiful. GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc. Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge...

“Breakfast could have healthier options”

“It’s an ok basic hotel, but it was ridiculously expensive. I have spent a similar amount to stay at luxury hotels, but this place is not at all a luxury.”

“The hotel is under renovation, there are work on the hall but they are not creating problems. The room are already renovated and they are very good. Also breakfast is good”

“Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. “Very easy check in with a friendly person at the counter, spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Convenient self serve breakfast, easy and spacious parking. Right off the 95 freeway but not noisy. Convenient 10 min drive to Providence.”
