“We had a solid experience at the The Pell hotel. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. The bar/restaurant has good food and is open 7 days a week. The place was very clean. Gym is a good size. Interior decor is charming and homelike with that warm welcoming Rhode Island feel. Sheets are crisps white and pillows are comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24hr. Well manicured landscape both front and backyard, perfect for weddings and big events. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...

“Prime location, right next to the State House, didn’t have a view of it but it must’ve been really nice. The lobby is inviting with great staff and an amazing scent. Room was very clean, the shower had great pressure, and bed was very very comfortable. There’s a mall on the next block and was in a very walkable area to the fountains. ”

“Our family had a fantastic last-minute stay at Hotel Providence. The location can’t be beat; it is in walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in Providence. Our room (two queen beds) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The “continental” breakfast buffet was nicer than a typical continental breakfast, with several hot options and lots of fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Per trovare l'hotel, di notte, abbiamo dovuto perdere più di un'ora, in quanto l'uscita dall'autostrada indicata dal GPS era chiusa. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte ai distributori per trovare una via alternativa a quella indicata dal navigatore. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto. “Everything was wonderful except one issue, we showered daily on our 5 day stay and getting fresh towels was a process. We had to ask at the front desk and every time they asked us some additional details, like what happened to our towels, or where we needed to out the used ones. It was a bit awkward. But honestly beyond that small issue, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was expansive and delicious, and I would stay there again. ”
