“My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We flew in town for a wedding. The rooms was dirty when we walked in. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned. We put our room number in a list to have the room cleaned. Never did the guy sweep the floor or change towels or linen. We travel a lot! I will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again. We are done!!!!”

The shower needed cleaned better. The toilet seat was very loose, but the room as a whole was nice. Breakfast was disgusting! Bagels were gross and looked expired.”

“The minute we stepped into the building, the doors, the floor was obvious that needed attention. Just looked warm water and some elbow grease would’ve made those doors and floors shine, and not sticky. When we got the room, the door and floor for it similarly felt neglected. The facility is well designed, but poorly maintained. Our room was a suite, with a very good layout. But from the thick dust on top of our bed edge by the wall, to the sticky floor, to the crumbles and dirt at the perimeter...
