“A warm welcome would have been nice. Room average. Shower lukewarm. Breakfast good! ”

“The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs. There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use. It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare. The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby.”

“Whilst the room was a little dusty in spots, the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was nicely renovated and the breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast) was much appreciated. We also had the chicken schnitzel for dinner and it was fabulous, especially with the 10% discount.”

“Every time I moved in bed, it would squeak. There was paint off the walls in the room.”

“For an older motel, the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The location was good for easy walking to venue. Quiet, just off the CBD. ”

“The room was fairly clean, but it was a glorified tent, so we did not expect primo cleanliness. The area is a bit remote, so staff was not readily available. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a good time, and we would return there again without hesitation. ”

“The price was different to the agreed price of the booking from WOTIF. No expectations of what the extra charge was and WITIF were no help. Won’t stay at this property agan”

“Not every child traveling with adults is a young child . We had our teenage son whom is 6’3 and he couldn’t fit in the bunk beds the only bed option supplied other then parents bedroom . Would be great to offer alternative bedding options for older children ”

“Price is good. The only issues were, the queen bed needs a new mattress. Both sides are hollow, when you lay on the end of the bed it feels like you are rolling off. The shower also needs a new shower head/taps. It was dripping all the time. The taps do not close properly anymore.”

“Owner Garry was very accommodating of my request for an early check-in. Room was big enough to not feel claustrophobic and very tidy. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Dubbo. ”
