“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! ”

“The apartment is very centrally located, near metro and stations for major attractions. Washing machine was very useful and heavy curtains blocked out the strong sun. Would not recommend for the summer time. Super warm in the apartment, no aircon, only 2 small fans and the apartment is at the top floor where all the heat concentrated. Towels are very old and threadbare. Dishes placed haphazardly. No shampoo, bath soap for guests. Top BnB or VRBO apartments all have these extras.”

“It was a perfect stay”

“We had a wonderful stay in this studio apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with a spacious bathroom and compact but well laid out kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor of the building with no elevator but it won’t deter us from staying here again. The apartment is close to Notre Dame Cathedral, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The agent responded quickly to all messages and met us at the apartment when we arrived.”

“I stayed woth my partner and two teens (adult sized). It was a bit small, with the pull-out sofa bed really not so suitable for two boys over 6 feet. For a few nights, it was okay but it would have been better for just two people The location was fantastic. All amenities worked, including the washing machine. “Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”
