“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional.
