Our room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, dressing room and a proper full sized bath. There is a choice of modern or traditional. Breakfast was nice, a good cooked breakfast and fresh fruit was a plus, although some cold items had not been replenished and there was no choice of yoghurt. “Very clean modern hotel with pay parking outside. Convenient stopping place on way to West Wales. We have stayed at the sister hotels Celtic Manor and Coldra Court before and found this a more relaxing experience. Restaurant was well run with friendly staff.”

“Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket. Overall a very good and well positioned hotel to base yourself from. We have stayed here a number of years now and always find it good value for money and you are well looked...
