“We spent a wonderful 5 days here in November. Great location among the trees. Woken to birdsong. Staff really helpful and friendly. Star man is the chef Thomas (Thomas Cook as he told us), who served us some brilliant meals. Tip: it’s worth getting a single cottage for the peace and the view ”

“Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

“È il luogo adatto per rilassarsi e, volendo, fare dei trattamenti ayurvedici personalizzati. All'interno è presente uno studio medico che potrà consigliare al meglio. Per lunghi periodi di permanenza è consigliabile prenotare un pacchetto soggiorno e pasti. Risulterà più conveniente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ”

“Molto bella la posizione dell'hotel con vista sulla laguna e sul mare che pero' è impraticabile. L'hotel è suddiviso in due parti; una parte che comprende reception, alcune camere, centro ayurvedico e piscina ed una seconda parte che prevede altre camere, ristorante ayurvedico e tradizionale; queste due parti sono divise da un canale; e' pertanto necessario utilizzare la barca per trasferirsi da un complesso all'altro. L'efficienza del personale in generale non è il punto forte della struttura.”

“Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Room (superior) was very good, clean, everything worked. I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay at The Jasmine Palace.”

“Die Liegenschaft hat ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Habe für 1 Nacht / 1 Person / 1 Zimmer Sfr. 10.- bezahlt. Es ist nahe gelegen am berühmten Lighthouse Beach. Jedoch ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen Trivandrum. (ca. 30 Minuten.) Etwas Nachteilig waren die Hundegebelle in der Nachbarschaft welche man in der Nacht hörte. Würde sofort wieder dort übernachten.”

Il personale è di grande disponibilità, buona l'organizzazione e la cucina varia e dietetica. Vi è però, una sproporzione nel prezzo dei trattamenti troppo cari rispetto agli altri costi.”
