“We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

“The room was clean. The staff was nice Good location and had a nice time for the two days. Two nights I had.”

“Personnel were susper friendly, answered any questions I had, as well as recommended places to visit and local activities to do!!”

“Everything was great! The pocket doors for the bathroom were difficult to close and did not close completely as they don’t align to the wall. Did not like having the lack of privacy in the bathroom.”

“Convenient to ANC for a stopover before heading to your next flight. A good restaurant (The Fancy Moose) is within easy walking distance. And as a bonus the restaurant is on Lake Spenard where we were told the seaplanes land (none did while we were there). The lake is good for birding if you are so inclined. We headed out too early the next morning to get the complimentary breakfast. The airport shuttle is timely. Our driver was informative on the immediate area.”

“I love this hotel. Well priced, clean, updated, & I love that they have sound machines. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that my room was right next to do a door that everyone has to go through to get to their lofts on the first floor so the door was loud late into the night and early in the morning. I would avoid room 122 when I go back. Other than that great stay”

“I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

“We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed two nights before retunning home from Australia. The staff the whole time we stayed were just so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and the price really great value. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“Great location in relation to the airport. But, we walked into the first room and there was water dripping onto the floor from ceiling vent. Went and advised the desk and they changed the room. The next room had a beautiful view of the cinderblock wall of an adjacent building. Opened the window and it would not close again.”

“Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion”

“The experience was a blast! And the dog owners were wonderful - it was fascinating learning about dog mushing - would highly recommend this tour!”

“Not a place for families, but ok for a single guy who can’t find another place on short notice. FYI only a few rooms have their own bathroom, so make sure that you know that going in. Loud outside, but plenty of parking tbh”
