“The place was very clean and cozy. They were very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was delish, especially the French toast. Maria and her husband were nuce, friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The hotel states to do a light touch everyday. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the rest. We talked to the front desk on Friday morning and we were assured the room will be cleaned that day. It wasn"t. We talked again in the evening and the told us it would be cleaned on Saturday. Obly when we complained on Saturday evening that the room hadn"t been cleaned for 4 days, the recepcionist sent a maid to collect trash and gave us fresh towels. Finally on Sunday the room got the light...

“The restaurant was closed. They rarely answered the phone this morning as I walked out when I told him it was the office most awful place I had ever stayed and I was only there to have surgery. I did receive a verbal f*** you from the woman at the front desk. There should’ve been a warning if the restaurant was closed I was there for pre-surgery care there’s no television like basic cable ability to watch anything two tiny trash cans, like two tiny towels no room cleanliness apparently to ask...

“Not worth what you pay. Room A is small, and the reception is a joke. It’s loud during quiet hours (5-7am), making it hard to sleep above my room. Give a plus for cleanliness. ”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca .
