“Stanza ampia, letti comodi, tutti i comfort. Però il wifi a pagamento (14 dollari al giorno) non è accettabile in un epoca in cui ormai le connessioni non costano nulla o quasi”

“Scarlett was an amazing front desk staff member and the gentleman bartender that also works with breakfast service is also wonderful. We really appreciated the hospitality and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Housekeeping was also first class and the gym is elite.”

“Kitchen utilies are not”

“The room was specious. However, not very clean. Sticky floors and shower was nor cleaned well either. We stayed 2 days and room was never serviced. Not sure if we needed to ask to have it done or what but by the time we got back to our room it was late to even call to have it done. So, we let it go. For the price that we paid for those rooms they should be in prestine condition and cleaned daily when there. Oh and breakfast was ok. We wont be staying here again.”

“The staff was knowledgeable and friendly during our stay. The property was close to downtown so you can walk and enjoy the area.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“Hotel and room were super clean. Best shower and bath products. Front desk super friendly. And shuttle to airport was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.”

“Wir haben nachgefragt ob wir früher einchecken können und es wurde 3 Std früher , war richtig super . Wir durften auch 1 Std länger bleiben. Das Personal war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite war eigentlich zu schön für eine Nacht. Minus Punkt ... Sehr nah an einer Hauptstraße.”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“Front desk person (Abby I think ) was rude when I asked a couple questions. Didn’t feel like she wanted to be bothered with tourist questions. The airport shuttle is shared so be prepared to wait and the room was overpriced for the lack of cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay again.”
