“Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded.”

“I was here for a short stay but the room was great! Easy to find, easy to park, felt like there were some amenities I didn’t have the time to utilize, downstairs lobby had lovely social areas but I had an early departure so I did not make use of them. Very comfy bed.”

“Well, at about 1 AM I get a guy trying to get into my room. I shoo him away. A few minutes later, a security guard comes up. Wakes me up again. I give him my name, and thought I don't get another knock at the door, I can't sleep the rest of the night. I was hoping at a minimum there would haver been an apology. Nothing. No follow-up on this experience whatsoever. You would think the organizational culture would have hinted that someone should have at least acknowledged the mistake. I...

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is older, it has been updated nicely and feels well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.”

“Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!”

“If you are looking for a place to stay for the night before you board the train to Whittier, this place works. Not fancy, good breakfast, shuttle to the train.”
