“Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“If you are going to Alaska and flying out to other areas, this is the place to stay. Although the place is a little old, it is kept in good shape and the staff is more than helpful and very friendly.”

“This was a home...like a really crappy airbnb only worse, owner didn't notify me of canceling my stay until i arrived, was high, lied about emailing me and giving me a refund. Def meth house vibes. Do not recommend lol”

“The room had a terrible strong odour and we had to get the windows open to try and reduce the smell. The next day I complained and I was informed that 2 guys with a dog had been there for several months. The carpet should be torn up and the cement has to be acid treated to get the smell out. ”

“Brand new hotel and fabulous staff. Very friendly. We got a room with a nice kitchen and spacious. Very comfy bed and great breakfast. Will be staying here again.”

“We were swimming in the pool, then a group of 18 local people were let in by a staff member. They were dressed in street clothes, brought towels from home, and since the group was so large we were pushed out of the pool. Very disheartening for paying $500+ for the weekend and unable to utilize the pool because a staff member let their family and friends in. They also do not provide daily housekeeping (clean towels, beds made, etc) during a 3 day stay. There are also a TON of homeless people...

“This is an ideal property for a traveling family. My kids loved the pool area! The property was clean and organized. Parking was easy. The breakfast offerings are simple but my kids loved the waffle makers.”

“A comfortable place to reset before another journey”

“If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go. Listing says that there is a city view but what you are looking out to is a body shop for cars. Also the cost of this hotel is way over priced. We stayed at a...
