"The hotel is nice overall but the laundry issue where there is mounds of laundry in the hallway is excessive. Customer service is was great and the room overall was clean and unkept. It appears that they’re short staffed."

"The check in was to get the key out of the lockbox and use the one on the counter. There wasn't one. Immediately the a/c worked downstairs but no air upstairs. Reached out to the host to let them know there was a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom. No one came out. But kept telling us they would. ..."
