“Rooms are normally clean but there was a mistake with my reservation. The front desk auditor (light skinned black male wearing a black shirt and khaki pants) and manager helped and I was served well. Even being told by the night shift manager (a middle Eastern woman wearing a pink shirt and dark corrupted pants) that I would be given a refund for my stay due to the error in the system. However, when I spoke to Expedia representatives the following day to process the refund request, the property...
