“It was represented that the hotel offered free shuttle service to the Savannah Airport beginning at 5:00 am. However, when I inquired about the shuttle at check-in, I was told that the shuttle service was not available until 8:00 am. Therefore, I had to pay for an Uber to make my flight. Beware that early shuttle service is not provided at this property. The property is also currently undergoing a significant renovation project.”
