Casa Ana Milena is an old renovated semi-detached stone house located in Žbandaj, approx. 7 km from Poreč and the beach. A famous restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity, and a shop is 200m away.
The house was built in traditional Istrian style and was partially renovated in 2014. On the fully fenced garden area of ​​200m2, guests have at their disposal a small garden, a private swimming pool with deckchairs, a barbecue, a summer kitchen with a fireplace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also one parking space in the yard, and two additional private parking spaces in front of the house.


This holiday home with a swimming pool with a total living area of ​​90m2 on two floors can accommodate 4-6 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and seating set. The house is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet access. Pets are welcome.
