Ideally located 50m from the seafront within the private residence "Le Vallon", with swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and just 300m from the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (small sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Côte de Jade, Pornic and its surroundings.

The accommodation has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a bunk bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people.



It comprises an open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a small oven and all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. A TV lounge with a standing table, which gives access to an 8m² balcony with outdoor furniture, electric grill and sun loungers. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. A hairdryer and washing machine are also at your disposal. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.



Beyond the swimming pool you also benefit from the common facilities of the residence which are the table tennis tables and boules court. Essential shops are close to the residence. Bluegreen Golf is just a stone's throw away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach Pornic town centre.
