The 67m² ground floor terrace apartment is located in the wooded residence "La Clarière" 500m from the historic centre of Pornic and 800m from the Blue Flag beach of "La Noéveillard", the marina, bars and restaurants. It has 2 double bedrooms (140 cm beds) and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic and gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, electric whisk, potato masher...). The dining-living room has a television and gives access to two terraces of 10m² each with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine are also provided. You have a private outdoor parking space.

Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities from the shellfish area of La Plaine sur Mer such as "Bouchot Mussels" and "Spirulina and Algae of Retz", the oysters from the aquaculture zone of Collet in Moutiers en Retz, the famous Ice Creams and jams of "La Fraiseraie", the famous cakes and Galettes "St-Michel", and without forgetting the unique local cheese that is as good hot as cold "Le curé Nantais".
