The estate is comprised of three separate cabins, all connected by a spacious shared patio overlooking the water—creating a seamless experience where time together flows naturally, while still allowing for quiet moments apart.


    ✨ Main Cabin | The Heart of the Retreat
    The Main Cabin is designed for gathering and restoration and serves as the central hub of Living Waters Lodge. Guests will enjoy:

    - Primary Suite with king-size bed and attached private bathroom

    - Second bedroom across from the living room with bunk bed

    - Second full bathroom located downstairs

    A dedicated game room with ping pong, air hockey, and more

    - An indoor sauna, step-down shower, and two-person jacuzzi tub

    - A large commercial-style kitchen with wraparound bar

    - A garage-style door that opens directly to the lakefront deck for effortless indoor–outdoor living

    This space is ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and long, laughter-filled evenings.

    🌲 West Cabin | Spacious & Comfortable
    The West Cabin offers a warm and welcoming retreat, comfortably accommodating larger groups. It includes:

    - A fully equipped kitchen

    - Two bathrooms

    - A cozy living room and dining area

    Upstairs sleeping arrangements with:

    - One king bedroom

    - One full bedroom

    - Additional shared sleeping with a queen bed and bunk bed

    - A private deck with outdoor seating

    🏡 East Cottage | Cozy & Charming
    Small yet inviting, the East Cottage is ideal for couples or families seeking a quieter space. It features:

    - One bedroom with a king bed and trundle/daybed

    - A living area with sleeper sofa

    - One full bathroom

    - A compact kitchenette with microwave, countertop oven, and mini fridge

    🚐 RV-Friendly Accommodations

    For added flexibility, the property includes two full RV hookups, making Living Waters Lodge an ideal choice for larger groups and extended family gatherings.

    🌊 Lakefront Living

    Guests are welcome to enjoy the private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching personal watercraft. Please note that kayaks and other recreational water toys are not provided at this time, and guests are encouraged to bring their own to fully enjoy the lake.

    Ideally located between Sequim and Forks, the retreat serves as a perfect home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Nearby attractions include Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs, Port Angeles, Sequim, and scenic coastal drives, all just a short distance away—yet the property itself remains peacefully tucked away in serene privacy.

    Whether you’re spending your days relaxing by the water, swimming from the dock, hosting family dinners on the deck, enjoying game nights indoors, or venturing out to explore the surrounding natural beauty, Living Waters Lodge offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience—elegant, comfortable, and unforgettable.

    By booking this home and confirming this reservation, the primary booking guest agrees to complete the required online check-in form prior to arrival. Completion of the online check-in form confirms that the guest has received, read, understands, and agrees to comply with all house rules, safety instructions, occupancy limits, and property policies.

    The primary booking guest accepts full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and compliance of all occupants, invitees, and visitors associated with the reservation.

    Guests acknowledge that the property includes features and amenities that may present inherent risks. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the property and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner and host from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage occurring during the stay, except where prohibited by applicable law.

    Failure to complete the required check-in agreement or comply with property rules may result in cancellation of the reservation, denial of access to the property, removal from the property, and/or additional fees as permitted by platform policies and applicable law.
    -Please attend to all children when around the lake. We recommend use of life vests for children and non-swimmers. Always swim with others around for safety purposes. Swimming is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your failure to insure your safety and the safety of those in your party.

    -Use dock and sauna at your own risk.

    - Children and infants are welcome; however, the property is not child-proofed. We do not provide baby gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks, corner guards, or other child-safety items. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring their safety during the stay.

    -Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

    -We`re keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.

    -Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.

    -No smoking is allowed inside the home. Guests who do so will be charged a cleaning fee of $500. Smoking is allowed outside but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly

    -No illegal drugs allowed, it`s the law.

    -Please be respectful of our neighbors and the lake. You`d be surprised how sound travels across the lake. Quiet hours after 9pm. Violators are subject to a $250 fine.

    -Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.

    -We are honored you decided to choose our lakeside retreat, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. This cabin is for registered guests only. There should be no more than 23 guests at the cabin.

    -No pets allowed

    -PARKING – Parking is limited to 7 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked on upper parts of driveway or in front of upper shop. Do not park in front of main house garage (right side) as there are power boxes and heating units that can be damaged. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

    -Please stay out of the storage areas. These areas are dangerous and not designed for guests. Do not climb on roof , it sits low to ground and is not for people to climb on.

    -Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.

    -We do not permit supplies, furniture, decorative items, appliances, and other furnishings to be removed from the home. Please leave the home as you found it.

    -Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.

    -Check-out: Guests will be charged an extra $30 for late check out; check out time is 11:00am unless otherwise talked about with the host. The charge is $30 per 30 minute increment. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.

    -PERSONAL ITEMS
    Please check the home for any of your personal items left behind. It is extra work for our cleaners to gather the items, take them to the post office and ship them. For any items left behind we are happy to mail them out however there will be a $50 charge to pay for our time.

    - For security reasons lost keys require full replacement. In the event any are lost, a minimum fee of $50 will apply.

    -Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.

    -License to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship.
    Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. This Agreement is not a lease, does not convey any real-property interest, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under any state or local law.

    Primary Guest Responsible for All Occupants.
    The individual who books the reservation (“Primary Guest”) hereby accepts full legal and financial responsibility for (a) themselves, (b) all other guests, occupants, invitees, visitors, or persons allowed onto the Property (“Additional Guests”), regardless of whether such persons have signed this Agreement. Primary Guest represents and warrants that all Additional Guests shall comply with all rules, policies, and terms of this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement by an Additional Guest shall be deemed a breach by the Primary Guest.

    Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Guest and all Additional Guests shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or costs arising out of or related to:
    (a) Guest’s or any Additional Guest’s use or occupancy of the Property;
    (b) violations of this Agreement or House Rules;
