“The location was the only good thing about this place. The staff was incredibly rude over the phone I believe the girl’s name is Lexi ? I’m not too sure but extremely rude ”

“Checking in a small child was on a tablet while mom did laundry. Got checked in and went to eat and explore the area. Our room was very dated. I watched some tv and noticed several baby cockroaches climbing up the bedside table. I woke my husband and his foot landed right next to a larger one. We packed up. As we grabbed our dinner from the fridge a very large roach ran out. We threw our food away. It was 11:30pm and I had to find new accommodations. I still have not received our refund for the...
