Stunning Ocean Front Beach Home

Questo è un 2012 costruito 4 letto 2 bagni più doccia esterna sulla spiaggia di fronte a casa con un enorme ponte di 1600 metri quadrati. Dorme comodamente 12. Il soggiorno e la cucina sono aperti e luminosi con una vista ininterrotta della spiaggia e dell'oceano dal muro di finestre che si affacciano sull'acqua. La cucina è impostata con piatti, tazze, pentole, posate, utensili da cucina, caffettiera, tostapane e crockpot. Nuova stufa e frigorifero a partire da settembre 2018. Soggiorno ha 2 divani in pelle con 4 poltrone reclinabili, un terzo divano, poltrona a dondolo, 60 "smart TV a schermo piatto con DirecTV. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a parete con DirecTV e lettore DVD e ampio bagno annesso. I letti 2 e 3 hanno entrambi letti queen size, il letto 4 ha due letti gemelli su letti a castello in legno massello e una TV con DirecTV. Il ponte di grandi dimensioni ha un tavolo da picnic, 6 sedie a sdraio con piano in altezza con tavolo, 8 sedie da esterno, amaca e un cancello per proteggere i più piccoli e gli animali domestici dalle scale. Al piano inferiore dispone di una doccia esterna per pulire dopo essere entrati dalla spiaggia e un lavaggio dei piedi alla base delle scale. Barbecue a carbone nuovo a partire da settembre 2018. Ampio spazio per il parcheggio è disponibile sotto la casa e sul lotto adiacente. Disponibile anche il collegamento RV completo. I fine settimana richiedono un minimo di due notti.

Family Vacation

Perfect location with beach access and close to the stores/restaurants. Great house layout for a big group and really enjoyed the huge porch and large open space underneath.

Nice weekend getaway

The property and house were nice. Deck was great but there are nails protruding from the chairs and picnic table. A set of blinds was missing and there is an elevator that would have been great for my mom to use instead of climbing the stairs. Oh, it would have been good to label which switches go to which lights..especiallyin the room withbthe lit ceiling. We werent able to enjoy it at all. Replace the batteries in all of the remotes and something was wrong with the cable/wifi.Those are all small things. The deck is awesome! Great for relaxing at night and enjoying the breeze. I also really liked the space and setup of the house. The outdoor shower was super cool! Lots of great parking space!

A wonderful place to gather family and friends for the 4th of July

This property is in a perfect location. I mean it is a few feet from the beach. The porch is huge with front row views of gulf . The house is well maintained with nice stainless steel appliances and the host thoughy of all the little things that people often forget (hair ties, makeup wipes, floss, etc.). We had 10 people staying in the house and wveryone had plenty of room. Rhe master bed/bath were especially nice with a lot of room. I appreciated the fans provided in every room although the av wirjed wonderfully. Basically this is a great place to stay that won't leave you wishing you'd selected another place instead. The location can't be beat and the house is very thoughtfully set up for your comfort.

Great for families!

Lovely stay. Nice home and deck. Great views. Easy and close beach access. Very responsive host. Host gave a nice list of things ahead of time to make sure to bring in order for your stay to be a good one.

Beach trip with the family

House was in an excellent location. The house needs some repairs and furniture needs to be updated. It didn’t affect our stay. We still enjoyed the house and enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean and was well stocked. Would’ve liked to had more cabinet and closet space for our belongings but we made it work.

Tranquility

Loved our stay at this breathtaking property. Weather was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on deck watching the waves of the Gulf. Nice breeze on a hot day but temperature did not feel unbearable in shade. Spent Saturday on beach which was a very short walk. A friend let us use his golf cart which made it easy for us to take or chairs, Tents and coolers. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Owner very responsive

Had a great time - 6 people and no issues with hot water. Plenty of room for everyone. One of the smoke detectors started chirping overnight due to low battery. Emailed the owner since it was out of reach and needed a ladder - he had someone there 9:00 a.m. that morning to fix the issue. Beach was fairly busy on Saturday and Sunday (we stayed the first part of August). During the weekdays, much lower beach traffic.

Wonderful Family Vacay

What an experience (Beryl)

From Minnesota and the 18hr drive (straight thru) Check in/easy. Upon walking in everything was clean and neat. Kids bedrooms were good except for we had to search for the tv remotes when we did find them they had no batteries in them. Linens and toiletries adequately stocked and kitchen had everything you needed except a manual can opener. Only bad thing about the house was my husband is 6’4” and the top of the fridge was terrible. outside the deck was huge and the wooden chairs were comfortable for relaxing when not at beach. The second day we were there we walked down to the beach and it was packed but surprisingly the ppl on the beach were very friendly about us setting up next to them. The water was actually a little to warm but what’d ya do. We reserved the house over 9 months before our trip and we knew we couldn’t get a refund one month before our trip and found out that hurricane Beryl was on its way. So on our way down we watched and found hurricane beryl was supposed to turn into a tropical depression and hit. Well after our our first full day on the beach the next day was confirmed a hurricane was coming and that day was cloudy and water was too choppy. We kept getting alerts on our phones and we’re didn’t know the procedures for the peninsula host Mark instead of communicating thru Vrbo he gave us his personal number to keep us updated. We rode it out. An experience for sure. We lost power and Mark refunded us our last 3 days. Mark is a great host.

Second time staying at this house

This was our second year renting The Waterhouse and we hope to make it an annual event. The house is spacious and the deck allows us all to spread out. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the sunrise and waves. The house is just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower helps rinse all the sand off before hanging out on the deck. My whole family loves this house and we look forward to going back. Owners are very easy to communicate with. 10/10!!

Fun Vaca

We had a nice family vacation here on Crystal Beach. Comfy home with lots of seating and room for 10-12. The beach is quite with room to have your spot. Kitchen is fully stocked do bring extra towels. Bring your own beach supplies none are provided. Some of the kitchen equipment is a little used but we made do. Get in before sundown those mosquitoes are no joke!

Great location

My family had a great time at this lovely house. It has some great features that as an experienced beach house renter, you don’t always get. It has a large deck that my toddlers enjoyed playing on and the adults loved to hang out on in the evenings. It also has way more parking space than other houses. My family members all arrived separately in 5 vehicles, plus a trailer for a golf cart and we had plenty of room. It doesn’t have houses directly on either side of it, so the views and privacy are great, while you have beach front views. The only cons I would say are that there did not appear to be any pantry space available (all cabinets were filled with pots/pans or spices) so we kept all non refrigerated food on the floor or counters. Also, I haven’t checked to see if pics of the grill have been updated since I last checked, but if you wish to grill, bring a portable. The grill is not functional.
