Important Restrictions:

✘ Hot tub - Only guests over 18 or accompanied minors are allowed there. Glassware is not allowed in the hot tub. If you are pregnant or impaired, you are not allowed in the hot tub. Use of hot tub is at your own risk. Follow the rules posted on the hot tub

✔︎ Self Check-in:

You will be provided a unique door code 24 hours before check-in. There will be an electronic lockbox on the front door. The lockbox has the physical key.

If the electronic lockbox doesn't work, please message me.

We have Nest cameras installed downstairs and in the patios that are activated by motion and record any movement in its range. The captured footage is stored and can be accessed to review and share with the booking platform. We reserve the right to monitor the camera in real time if we suspect any violation of house rules.
