All in all great stay! Plenty of room! The elevator was down so that made loading and unloading a bit inconvienent and the lack of outside lights on the front of the house but nothing major. I would recommended that the cleaning crew focus on the floors more as there were dead bugs and debris all along the floors. But all in all we enjoyed the stay and look to book in the future!

The property is right on the beach which was great. The lift is broken which made getting your luggage and groceries up the stairs difficult for us being 70’s and 80’s. There is no hot tub which is listed for the property. It’s great if you don’t mind lugging stuff up the stairs. The instructions for opening the door was not clear and took a while to find the right key. The lockbox was not easy to open and we had some difficulties. With that being said it’s a great place.

This house was close to perfect for me and my family. Our host Felipe was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed a few loose fence post on the covered upper porch fixed. It was fixed and the maintenance team even checked/re nailed a couple more post we didn’t notice within an hour of me messaging. The house was very roomy and extremely accommodating. Even fairly baby proofed which was a PLUS! No curtains so if you need it dark, I recommends some temporary command hooks and curtains but blinds were good for us. The view was so pretty and the under deck was really nice to hang out on for the light showers that came through or when we got too much sun. The private beach access was so close we didn’t even pack lunches because we just ran back upstairs for naps and food. There was a pretty big hole in the chain link fence just FYI and if you plan to grill, make sure to bring one (we saw one in the picture so we assumed there was one). No under cover parking. Elevator was out of order which wasn’t a huge deal for us because the stairs were not steep but if required, I would check with the host first before booking. There is a long water hose/shower combo that was perfect for washing off before heading inside. Hose even reached the front yard for a small kiddie pool under cover. Also, a little sunroom to keep your shoes and big items in if you didn’t want to take them inside. We would most definitely stay here again!
