The Space:

This beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the quiet area of Caplen, just 100 ft to the water! Little Pleasures is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The partially covered deck has room to sunbathe or just unwind in the rocking chairs. You'll love the unobstructed beach views and the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.



The cozy living room is open to the well-stocked kitchen (with a 12 cup regular drip coffee maker). The separate dining table is ready for meals, snacks, or game nights! Little Pleasures also has the comforts of home like a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.



This house easily sleeps 9. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a full over full bunk bed , while bedroom three features a twin over full bunk bed. All the bedrooms have their own televisions.



On the ground level, there's a shady entertaining area with a charcoal grill and built-in picnic tables. It's perfect for barbecues, crawfish boils, and cooking up the day's catch for your family and friends! The outdoor shower is a must for washing off the sand after a great day at the beach. It's our pleasure to have you at Little Pleasures!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
