The upper decks offer ample space with both sunny and shaded deck areas, providing plenty of seating and lighting. Additionally, you can indulge in the soothing sound of ocean waves or relish the breathtaking sight of a sunset.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an expansive open-concept area that seamlessly blends luxury kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Our exquisite kitchen features abundant counter space perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Equipped with high-end appliances, including a toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, waffle maker, instant pot, bread maker, air fryer/convection oven, and a coffee bar area complete with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. For your convenience, we've also provided dishwashing pods, towels, washcloths, and dish soap (located in a dispenser attached to the sink). Plus, the kitchen island comfortably seats six, making it the perfect spot for casual meals and socializing. And if that's not enough, there's even a walk-in pantry where you can stock up on groceries for your stay.

The dining area is adorned with a charming barn-style wooden table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it an ideal spot for family meals and gatherings.

The living room is furnished with cozy seating for 8-10 guests, and features a convenient pull-out memory foam sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 (with extra blankets conveniently located in the ottoman). For your entertainment, this space is equipped with a generously sized 65" Roku TV complete with a sound-bar and HDMI access. In addition, you'll find a selection of board games , puzzles, Nintendo Switch with games and blu-ray family movies to keep everyone entertained. With a custom overhead fan and dimmable remote control lights, you can create the perfect ambiance for relaxing and spending time with your loved ones.

The luxurious Master Suite, also known as the Captain's Quarters, is outfitted with a plush king-sized bed, solid wood furniture, a 55" 4K Roku TV, and a remote control ceiling fan with dimmable lights. The en-suite bathroom is adorned with exquisite quartz countertops and features an oversized bathtub, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. This bedroom comfortably accommodates two guests.

Bedroom 2, also known as Mermaid Crossing, boasts a beautifully decorated queen bed, solid wood furniture, a 50" 4K Roku TV, and a remote control ceiling fan with dimmable lights. This room provides a comfortable retreat for 2 guests.

Bedroom 3, known as the Crew's Quarters, showcases two custom built-in full-over-full bunk beds, designed to accommodate both adults and children. This room features a arcade game console, a 43" 4K Roku TV, remote control RGB string lights (that can be set to Party Mode!), and a remote control ceiling fan with dimmable lights. This bedroom can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.

Conveniently located across the hallway from both Mermaid Crossing and Crew's Quarters, the second bathroom is equally impressive with its stunning quartz countertops, shower/bath combo, and complimentary toiletries.

Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully equipped with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as hand soap, a hairdryer, and black makeup cloths in the form of towels. Soft and fluffy towels are also provided in abundance in each bathroom for added convenience.

The laundry room, located next to the dining room and accessible via a barn-style sliding door, features a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. For families with young children, a foldable high chair is also available.

For your streaming pleasure, all five TVs in the house are equipped with Roku, providing easy access to free shows and movies or your own streaming accounts.

In addition, each nightstand is equipped with a charging station, ensuring everyone's devices stay fully charged and ready to go.

The full-size car garage includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of small Igloo ice chests, and some beach toys that you are welcome to take to the beach on the beach wagon.

Once you have enjoyed a day in the sun, relax in our newly acquired 7-person hot tub under the shade of the house. The outdoor shower on the patio is fitted with both hot and cold water, making it the perfect spot to rinse away sand and salt before entering the hot tub or returning to the upstairs retreat or simply enjoying a refreshing shower. Beach towels can be found in the basket by the front door.

Entertainment can be found downstairs at our charming Tiki bar, which includes a Weber charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a picnic table, swinging bench, bar chairs, and games such as foosball table, ladder ball toss, ring toss, bean bag toss and 2-player basketball shootout. If you're a fan of fishing, you'll also find a large sink for cleaning your catch of the day. In the evenings, the atmosphere is further enhanced by the overhead hanging string lights.

We are a pet-friendly establishment and welcome up to two small dogs weighing less than 30 pounds each for a fee. Please inform us if you plan to bring pets, as pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this fee.

Our home is built on stilts, like many others in the area, for hurricane and flood protection. Because of this, the living space is upstairs and access is by stairs only — there’s no elevator. You might notice a bit of movement in the house, especially during strong winds, which is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Please be advised that we do not provide daily housekeeping service. If additional clean linens are needed, please feel free to use our washer and dryer in the laundry room.

For your safety and the security of the property, a motion-activated floodlight camera is installed at the front of the house facing the driveway. In addition, a Ring doorbell camera is installed next to the front door, facing outside.
