We do not rent the home to anyone under 25.

• master bedroom great for families with children to sleep on day bed w/trundle
• fully stocked kitchen and bar (air fryer, coffee pot and pods, toaster, blender, plates, cups, kid utensils/plates/cups, tumblers, etc.
• master bath w/freestanding tub and double shower head shower
• two water heaters to accommodate large groups
• full game room! Ping pong, tv, shuffle board, foosball, yard games, and more! Outdoor speakers and cafe lights.
•towels, linens, pillows, room fans, sound machines, Alexa in most rooms, charging stations all rooms are all a few extras.
•cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels
•WiFi! TV streaming in all upstairs bedrooms and living room.
•just bring your clothes and enjoy!

We love to stay in beautiful/comfortable places when we travel and this beach house was no different. We wanted to create a place where families felt at home with everything they could want or need. Enjoy the fully stocked game room with ping pong, shuffle board, basketball, and so many more yard games. All while grilling downstairs listening to the surround sound or watching the tv. We are one street from beach access by car or two walking streets by foot. The ocean breeze is absolutely incredible here!! The fenced yard and cul-de-sac lot mitigate tons of traffic and noise. Coming off the beach you can use the outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse yourself and equipment of sand. We’ve added an extra water heater to accommodate large families as well. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen because when you’re not there, it’s a good chance we are! This home is our treasure and we can’t wait to share it with you! Hopefully you’ll agree that we worked very hard to anticipate the needs of every guest. If there’s something we are missing The Big Store is located 2 minutes away. As the locals say, “if The Big Store doesn’t have it, you don’t need it”. Relax with us. Let our Treasure Chest be your treasured memory.

Wonderful place for family vacation

House was amazing. Hot tub was down but its june so wasn't planning on using it anyway. Subdivision was directly across from the big store which was convenient, however there was not direct vehicle access to beach but that was only 1 street over so not a deal breaker.

Kind of disappointed

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our whole family. The first issue that we had was the lack of communication after we booked the house. We booked it several months out to ensure that we had something. The first communication that we had with the home owner was on August 29th to let her know that we were getting married on the beach. She let us know then that she needed a list of names of the people that were going to be there. We asked if it would be alright if we had a couple of kids that pushed us over the 14 on sept first and then didn’t hear from her again until Feb 3. Then in march the homeowner reached out to let us know the hot tub was broken. My fiancé asked her if it would be fixed by our June stay and she said she would keep him posted. It was not fixed for our stay. At this point we probably would have cancelled except that there is a no refund policy. We had 16 people overall. The listing says 14, but this is fourteen people doubled up. The master bedroom had three beds in it. There are two sets of bunk beds and then two rooms with queen beds. The house was beautiful, but the description definitely did not adequately describe the home.

All the things!

This property is so accommodating! There’s plenty of room for a large group and literally has EVERYTHING! There are so many things to do for kids and adults when you just need that break away from the beach. The host was awesome and so understanding and nice. Would definitely book this location again!

Communication is horrible.

House was quite a bit more run down than it seemed when looking at the pictures. Bottom room with bunk beds had absolutely no airflow, standing in there was miserable let alone sleeping. If I could give 0 stars for the host’s communication I would. Messaged multiple times only to get no response as the hot tub was broken and empty, the golf cart said it could be rented in description but apparently that is not the case, and the adapter for the sound system was missing. They had let me know a month prior that the hot tub was messed up but I hadn’t seen it at first and I never got a response back.

Amazing

This house is absolutely amazing. The hot tub was so great as we were there in the winter months. The beach is so close. The details of the house- lighting, shower, coffee & tea bar, heated fans in the bathroom… all amazing. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my teen to get some alone time. The golf cart is NOT for rent but we easily.rented one with the host’s information. We loved it so much we actually added on another night and the host made that super easy.

Amazing home!!

We stayed with our family of 4 plus another family of 5 for our Spring Break. The home was absolutely perfect! We all had plenty of room to play and relax. It was such a quick walk to the beach . We went to a couple of the local restaurants and to Camp Margaritaville for a day and had a blast . The local community was so friendly. We had a great time and this house rocks!!

A paradise for the whole family!

Quick walks to the beach, a towel warmer above the spa like bathtub, double shower heads, bunk beds the kids enjoyed so much, the fun garage, the entertaining kitchen layout, the hot tub....there was not a moment we were bored! There was always something luxurious or fun to do. Weve rented a house every year sometimes twice a year and THIS is the house we will forever rent! It's perfect! I absolutely loved the alexas in the house, the host was exceptional with responses to any questions you may have! 10/10 would rent again and we plan to! Soon!

Great location + a hot tub!

We loved our stay in Bolivar! This home is at the end of a drive and a very easy, short walk to the beach. It is also close to the Big Store and a short drive to Stingaree's (yummy restaurant). The home is bright and open with a large living area for a group to gather. The game room was even better and more equipped than we expected! We loved playing ping pong and cornhole. The hot tub was such a relaxing way to end the night. Would definitely stay here again!
