Sip 'N Sea - 2019 Costruito con tutti i comfort e solo un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia!

  • Nuova costruzione ben arredata con tutto il necessario per una perfetta vacanza al mare! La casa è alla fine di Culdesac su un terreno enorme con un sacco di parcheggio e privacy. Il grande ponte al piano superiore è perfetto per uscire, ascoltare le onde e guardare l'oceano. Il ponte ha il sole e l'ombra. L'ampia area di intrattenimento al piano inferiore accoglie la famiglia e gli amici per rilassarsi, cucinare sulla griglia a gas e cenare su o giù con aree pranzo su entrambi i ponti. Anche bar divertente, ferri di cavallo e bimini.
    La doccia al piano di sotto è comoda per un rapido risciacquo quando torni dalla spiaggia o ti fai una doccia per la notte! Se ti interessa andare a pescare, usa la postazione di pulizia del pesce dietro la doccia per preparare il pescato! Le foto raccontano la storia di questa casa più delle parole. Godere!!

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

Everything is absolutely beautiful here and the best location to the beach. The door was a little hard to lock but that is literally the only issue during our entire stay! Can’t wait to turn this into our spot for an annual trip!!

Stunning Retreat

The home was absolutely stunning with beautiful furnishings and appliances, gorgeous and unique coastal decorations, beautiful outdoor furniture, huge deck and beautiful sunsets. We rent regularly in West Beach in Galveston, but this home was one of the most impressive homes we have stayed in with all the beautiful decor. We hope to stay again soon and highly recommend this special home to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in Crystal Beach. To the owners -- thank you for sharing your special place!

We stayed at Sip ‘N Sea for a total of 4 nights and our stay was wonderful. The host (Carin) communicated well before our stay so we knew what to expect. The beach was a 5min walk and we enjoyed it every day during our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 6 in my family that came along. Everything was fantastic and I look forward to coming back to Crystal Beach in the future. I hope this property is available when we head back! :)

The perfect beach house!

We had the best experience with this perfect beach house. It was extremely clean, super cute, and perfect for our group of teenage girls we had with us. We had the slight mishap of the house being struck by lightning but the property manager was wonderful during the ordeal. She made sure we had everything we needed and got things fixed right away. We will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful long weekend getaway

This is a great property! It is a newer home and furnished beautifully. Layout was perfect for the 8 of us. It comes well equiped for cooking, grilling and making cocktails and drinks. I would definitely reccomend this property and i would recommend renting a golf cart to ferry your stuff and people back and forth. It was a lifesaver to have one.

Family and Kid Friendly

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

Our forever getaway!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

Great Property

Property was perfect for our family…grandparents, son & daughter-in-law & grandkids. VERY short walk to the beach (the little wagon on site was perfect!), accommodations were beautiful & everything we could possibly need was provided!! Only issue was the mosquitoes were terrible. Luckily, we’d brought fans to use outside because the temps are so high this summer. We would stay here again!
