Nothing special

Exactly as advertised, but with the absolute bare minimum. Will not be booking this home again.No TVs in the bedrooms… major, major drawback- especially since TVs nowadays are fairly inexpensive.No furniture to place your bagsNo hooks for towelsNo pantry or empty cupboards to store groceriesNo knives for cutting food (only steak knives)No body soap in master bathNo beach access- have to drive to nearby intersection to access beach w vehicle.You could also feel the house swaying w wind and anybody walking down the hallway.Aside from that, it was a roof over your head with clean, running water & a clean bed to sleep in.
