Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Three Palms is a beautiful 2nd Row, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, that sleeps 16. It has been lovingly maintained, and is located in the prestigious gated Biscayne Subdivision. It is pet friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
This home has two separate living areas separated by a fully equipped kitchen that all have great views of the Gulf. Living room spaces have ample seating for all of your guests. The dining table is perfect for meals, playing board games, and putting together puzzles! This home has WIFI as well as Direct TV. TVs are located in all living spaces and bedrooms. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom with walk in shower. The "youngsters" will love the bunk room that has a total of 4 bunk beds that sleep a total of 10! It even has its own attached bathroom within walk in shower! Outside on the deck, there is plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing Gulf views and breezes. Down stairs the fun continues with a seating area, grill, picnic table, and basket ball goal for a quick game! When you feel the sea calling out to you, you are just steps away to the shore! Of course you can also take a golf cart ride across the pathway to the beach as well. After a day of fun in the sand and salt water, you can rinse away in the outdoor shower located downstairs. This is the perfect home for family gatherings making memories that will last.... until your next visit!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
