The front desk is open all the time and we were greeted when we checked in at night by an incredibly friendly employee. General manager was most gracious and helpful in making room cancellation for part of our stay. Necessitated by change in travel plans owing to health issues. The General Manager was understanding, efficient, and most helpful.
