3 Bedroom Home on a Canal with a Heated Pool

If you are looking for a well-equipped, tranquil and modern waterfront home for a family get away or longer term stay, then look no further! This open concept home offers a bright and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, including a wine refrigerator and breakfast bar. The living room and dining area open up to a large, screened patio and heated pool area, perfect for evenings under the stars. The master bedroom provides a walk in closet as well as bedside USB ports and a slider out to the patio. The garage and large circle driveway provide ample parking for cars, boat or other adventure toys. Enjoy the beauty of Florida from the nearby parks, beaches, restaurants and boat rides – all within a 30 minute drive from the property. This idyllic location and perfect get-away awaits!
*The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
*No Glass by the Pool
*The only thing to dispose of in the toilet is toilet paper, NO WIPES of any kind (or anything else)
*Do not put anything hot on the counters
*Please bag up your trash and put it in the proper trash container. Take it to the street before you leave.

Exceptional home

We stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. It was everything we could have asked for. Clean and comfortable. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. Close to great restaurants and not too long of a drive to the beach. Would love to stay again next year.

Home away from home

Hedi was super accommodating as a week stay turned into nearly a month while our home was being renovated from Hurricane Ian. Her home is clean, welcoming and has everything you need for cooking and basic cleaning. We very much enjoyed our stay here and we can’t thank her enough for allowing us to continue to extend our stay when we needed it! Our only issue we encountered was an over influx of ants. Thanks Hedi!

Great house in a great location

House looks like photos-clean in a nice neighborhood that is centrally located to restaurants and local towns of interest. Check in code didn't work but they got back to us in moments, check in/out smooth as can be. Property very clean with nice gift and waters in the fridge-a nice touch.

Trip with friends

This is an amazing house. We enjoyed the pool and screened porch. This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and with 3 couples it worked out nicely. The beds are so comfortable. The hosts are great to work with and responded quickly to our text message.

Perfect family vacation spot

We had an amazing week at this house. Extremely clean and modern. Fit our needs perfectly. We had 4 couples and never felt cramped always had enough space for everyone. Pool area was very nice. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods. We definitely go back!

Stunning property

Property is gorgeous! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals in the US and internationally and this home was by far the most beautiful and meticulously clean. Had a couple of questions our first day and Heidi was very quick to respond. The layout of the home was perfectly designed. The master suite with a shower to die for is separated from the bedrooms at the other end of the house, also with their own private bathrooms so this is be perfect for two or three couples or parents traveling with their teens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need. I brought a couple of things from home and quickly found out that was completely unnecessary. The pool was also a delight. I love the fact that the pool is outside and not screened in. There is a screened in area overlooking the pool with a tv where we spent our nights watching movies. If you are interested in renting a boat I highly recommend Sandbarz Boat Rental. Bryan and Stephanie were awesome. If you are a fisherman and need any fishing gear go to Fishin' Franks Bait and Tackle, the guys there are all very helpful and is an experience in itself. We like to travel to different areas and experience different properties but I have to say I would definitely return to this one. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing time!!
