     This elegant 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath canal front pool home is located in the popular waterfront community of South Gulf Cove.

      Bring your boat!  Includes dock (tie to pilings) providing access to canals leading to the Gulf.  Open spaces, relaxing water views and Florida wildlife surround you.  

       Just added a new HOT TUB and rock waterfall feature on the pool.  The split floor plan with master suite includes king bed and patio access to the screened lanai and pool area. 

      The guest bedrooms include another king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a two twin bedroom to accommodate all the family.   

      The open kitchen, bright sunny space of the sitting room, and comfortable living room where the family can gather to watch a movie all make this the perfect vacation home!

     Bedroom Layout:

    Master Bedroom- King Bed/en-suite master bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, patio access. 

    Second Bedroom- King Bed Third Bedroom- Two Twin Beds Fourth Bedroom- Queen Bed

   High-speed Internet included. 

    Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

   Pool heat is an additional cost per month plus tax. This pool north-facing.Please note:  T

   here is no garage usage but plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

     This is a pet-friendly home! SMALL DOG ONLY!  An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog.

      There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

    Bookings with pets do not instant book, will need to get dog approval first. 

     The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. 

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

      We offer beach supplies including chairs, we have float toys for the pool.

      This is a self-catering house stay! 

   We will provide a welcome pack including the following:1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom1 roll of paper towels 2 packets of dishwasher detergent 2 packets of laundry soap hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans.

     Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
