“I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. “This place smells like cigarettes. In the hallway and the rooms. Would not recommend staying here. Everything felt very unclean and dirty. Shower pressure was good- only good thing.”
