Questa spettacolare casa familiare di 4BR, 3BA, di oltre 2.800 piedi quadrati (10 posti letto) soddisferà qualsiasi famiglia in cerca di vita sull'oceano e una vacanza rilassante sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia di Silver Strand è molto tranquilla e raramente affollata. La casa è completamente attrezzata da gadget da cucina a giochi da spiaggia per tutte le età.

Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale vantano una TV a schermo piatto da 70 "con accesso ad Amazon Prime Video, Netflix e PlayStation Vue per lo streaming TV in diretta. Accesso a Internet a banda larga senza fili ad alta velocità. Videoregistratore, lettore Blu Ray / DVD disponibile.

Questa casa dispone di 3 patii separati, uno su ogni piano per il tuo divertimento. Al secondo piano c'è un grande patio e un tavolo in teak per gustare i pasti al suono delle onde che si infrangono. La casa è dotata di carro da spiaggia, ombrelloni, sdraio, biciclette per adulti (4) / bici per bambini (2), boogie board (2), tavola da surf da 8 '(1), kayak tandem (posti 2) e alzarsi paddle board (2), giochi per bambini, giochi da tavolo, calcio, pallone da calcio, pallavolo con rete a 50 metri di distanza, badminton, canna da pesca / attrezzatura e frisbee.

We had an exceptional stay at this beachfront property on Silverstrand Beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and truly could not have been more helpful from start to finish. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beach—and we enjoyed many memorable meals watching dramatic storms roll in and spectacular sunsets over the ocean. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the detailed instructions made settling in effortless. The layout was ideal for our group of seven, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Having washing machines and dryers on both the first and third floors was an unexpected but hugely appreciated convenience.This property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation spot

My wife and I stayed at this location for our 26th wedding anniversary. We included our grown children and a family friend on our long weekend getaway and loved it so much. Although we live only 20 minutes from this beachfront home, we felt as if we were in another world. The ocean, sand and sunsets were spectacular. The house has great amenities that made the stay quite comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family stayed at this home for a week in August. The views absolutely cannot be beat. The three stories in the home allow for big families to spread out and relax. Paradise

This house is breathtaking! We came here to celebrate my birthday with our kids and my parents and we couldn’t have asked for a better house. Dan was easy to get a hold of before the trip and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. This house comes with so many extras ( pool table, boogie boards, bikes, two kinds of coffee pots etc.) Can’t say enough good things about the house, we are already looking to book our trip for next year!

Oxnard is our home away from home. We wanted to stay on the beach and have a memorable time. This house is great. Dan was easy to communicate with. The location and views and second to none. We will return.

furniture old and chairs broken down and very uncomfortable. queen bed in kids section saged & unco

Too far from beach. All chairs sagged and broken down except one in living room that we all fought over. Bed in kids section rolled to the middle and was a real uncomfortable situation. Bunk beds unstable. Stove was always clicking . Fan in master was so dirty with dust devils we couldn't use it. We had crickets in the house . There was no pantry or anyplace to put our food. we had to leave it on the counter. it felt messy. The screen was of the master bedroom door. It had been off for a long time because it was rusting on the patio.. Couldnt open it at night. No airconditioning so that made it hot sleeping. The place is not kept up. There are scrapes and black marks on the walls. We stay in a beach house every year for the last 10 years and this is by far the worst one we have been in. As a result of this stay we will not longer rent a beach house. We have decided to take a cruise from now on. I suggest you go in and repaint, refinish the floors, and put new furniture in you place if you want to give your guests anything close to what they are charged for. By the way you were the most expensive of all our previous stays and by far the worst.

Another Oxnard memory

We have been staying a week in Channel Islands for many years now. We have our favorite restaurants and activities so we always look forward to the next stay. We have staying at both Mandalay Beach and Silverstrand and we have enjoyed all the houses we stayed at. This house ranks right up there with the best!
