“The kitchen is very dated and requires a refurbishment (and a couple of light bulbs as multiple were blown.
Maybe a mouse trap or poison also, last morning there one mouse scurried across the floor to hole in the wall (kitchen).
Room was fine, staff were nice. (Winds were awful through the night and destroyed some of the playground equipment).
This is not our stay, previous stays were better.

“we didn't have breakfast on sight because of the location there were multiple places to eat, the location was amazing, loved the tram, close to everything, great stay, friends and family came to visit and there was lots of town parking next door to the building as well”
