  • Welcome to your perfect holiday retreat! This two bedroom Villa offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The main bedroom features a queen size bed while the second bedroom offers a single bed and a trundle bed. The spacious lounge room includes a smart TV and ample seating space where you can relax and unwind watching your favourite shows or movies.

    The Villa includes a modern bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare your favourite meals. A laundry area is available complete with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays more convenient. Stay cool and comfortable with the air conditioning system throughout the home.

    The property includes a one-car garage providing secure and convenient parking. Outside you'll find a relaxing seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. This lovely holiday home is designed to offer a relaxing and hassle-free experience, making it the perfect getaway for couples, families or small groups.

Very convenient to the private hospital

The property was very well set up and comfortable. Parking was great with a lock up garage and room to park another car off the street. My daughter was doing a nursing placement at the private hospital, and the location made for a very quick commute without much traffic. There was a fantastic range of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Other than a Chinese restaurant, a very small supermarket and pharmacy there wasn't much in walking distance but was a central location to the beaches, city centre and the shops on Lake Road.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 2 bedroom house is functional with a need for new furniture and kitchen appliances. Nice and quiet but a bit too far from the beach and central part of Port Macquarie. Property agent very helpful.
